how you can join or contact barc
BARC uses peaceful and non-forceful means to get their message across and to encourage others to join. They reach out to others by meeting every Monday at 3:30 pm in a gazebo outside of the UCF bookstore, and they educate others about the unethical treatment of animals through speech, presentations, and by handing out “leaflets” to students and faculty. They communicate with each other by having these meetings where they can share their ideas and express their opinions. BARC uses these mechanisms of intercommunication to provide
information to others, and they receive feedback by being open to discussion
with others about the issues of animal rights. Contact BARC through Facebook at facebook.com/barcdontbite, or tweet to BARC at twitter @UcfBARC.
BARC members are experts on the issue of animal rights who encourage people to practice vegetarianism or
veganism, so bring questions and an open mind! BARC members encourage people to join even if they aren’t experts so
they can become educated and hopefully will practice the ethical treatment of
animals. So get involved today!
